We're now in the height of summer.
Lot's of courses are jammed packed with open competitions and visiting golf societies so generally lots of strangers about your local club.
If, god forbid, someone takes a fancy to your shiny new kit and trousers it on his/her way to the car park, are you covered insurance wise?
And do you have proof of whats in your bag?
Tot up how much your total gear is worth. Leccy trolleys, GPS, not to mention the cost of replacing your much beloved clubs.
Of course Mr insurance man I have a state of the art brand new iphone 4 and a skycaddie 26 and so on.
I suggest you take photos of all your kit and note serial nos and so on so if the worst happens, at least you can prove to the man from the Pru, you actually had the gear in the first place. You never know, it might even help to get some of it back.
