If your ball lands on the grass in the centre of an island bunker (ring of sand with grass in the middle) is the ball in the hazard or not?

I would say you're only in the hazard when youre in the sand as that's the hazard not the grass

Oh how I would love to play courses that had island bunkers! I should be so lucky, our are animal scrapes with a breath of sand in them
