What do you mean by legitimate? If you mean is it genuine or not then I would say yes as he says he is a PGA Pro in his listing.

Ask him what Club he is based at then. Thats what I do then check his name and match it up against the clubs website.

Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. And as PGA Pro you've probably got even more of a comeback than normal Ebay protection.

Don't mistake the 'Tour' for meaning it is a tour club though. 'Diablo Tour' was a Retail brand - just like 'RBZ Tour'.
