Is the the start of summer?

Probably Jinxed it now but last night. I PLAYED IN SHORTS!

Well 3/4 lentghs actually. I was only at the local short course so i was kinda slack on my dress code. I still had my polo top and golf shoes on but a plain pair of 3/4's for the sexy legs!

Was such a nice night to be out, i got really excited at the thopught of summer golf.

Bit of rain last night but looks like the sun is coming out again. Roll on 15:00 and the first tee at aldersea green!

It certainly was a good few hours, i really took my time to savour it. Cant beleive there was no one else out either! Hope the moe goes ok, if it rains, i will personaly come give you a hand....well maybe not but i shall do a sun dance to see if i can help!

Sat at my desk watching the overall greyness descend over Heathrow. Hopefully its going to brighten up this afternoon as I really really want to get out tonight.

As an aside, has anybody played the Karsten Lakes course in Gainsbrough (Lincs). Have a game next week there and by all accounts, as the course is somehow linked with Ping, it is in tip top condition.

Had light rain overnight but the sun is coming out as we speak so the course should be in prime condition. They were out mowing all the fairways yesterday and it looks a picture so I'm off in a mo to get a round in.

looks like it's gone through here (Stevenage), lot of drama for a little fine drizzle. come 16:00 I'm out'a here for the third round this week. just wish I could get reasonable scores on more than 6 holes in a row! (think I was jinxed last night though when I was waved through with the inevitable result!)

Knowing my luck, yesterday was more likely the end of summer. Put my gear in the car today just in case of a repeat and it is now chucking it down.

I had a wasp in the porch last night, which means my loft will now be full of them (I get about 4 nests per year, and last year even had Hornets - appropriate really as I live in Watford).

My hedge looks like it might turn green soon too, which is always a good marker for summer (beach, it looks dead for half a year at least).

sunny here but it's ladys day at the club,i dont fancy spending 5 hours following three old bats who wont wave me through.on a plus note had a decent 14 holes last night and my form seems to be staying with me,roll on tommorow.
