These people are our future

I kid you not....last year I phoned the local Strada restaurant to book a table for me and the Mrs for Valentines day, the lady on the other end asked me "what date is that?".

To be honest I am regularly appalled by a lot of the content on facebook, the outright stupidity and moronic behaviour on there really is shocking. All this whilst GCSE and A-Level results have risen year on year......

People who don't celebrate Xmas or people that don't eat turkey

Despite the obvious idiocy.

Who would go for a curry on Christmas day?

We have done in the past :)

We dont have kids and arent overly fussed with doing the whole xmas thing every year, we've been out for xmas lunch a few times over the years and a couple of them have been for a curry, its an option for this year too as nothings sorted yet too

This Christmas will be the first for 20 years when we have not had visitors. To celebrate we are off to town for breakfast. Afterwards we are going to watch the brave/mad people swim across the harbour and then we are off to the pub.

I was querying you paddy, not Phil. Your quote indicates that curry is the only option. I'm asking you why you think that?

Of course, it might not be what you mean but that's how it reads!

his quote questioned it, not indicated it:smirk:
