as golfers we suffer from seasonal affective dissorder (SAD) more than most. That is now over for another year so we can get out there and enjoy our golf and life again properly.

Yep, great mood! Shot my PB round my course, 83 beating 84. Holed a tricky 3 footer on the last too!

With this weather and the practice of winter paying off who could not be in a good mood after any round of golf today!

Woke up early, still on yesterday's time, so lot of hanging about before I played in today's medal. Played cr@p - didn't feel as though I was there, if you know what I mean. Greens were lightning fast and you definitely didn't want to be above the hole and miss. Skimmed a few 50/60 yd pitches through the back of the green. Saw a hole in one but couldn't stay in the bar long enough to get a free drink. Got home and HID was still there.

All in all, not a good day. Let's hope tomorrow is better.

Oh yes was a good mood for sure yesterday. Hit the range early to listen up for the quarter finals of our winter singles knick out only to find everything that could click was working

Perfect day for golf saw me finish up 2&1 although a couple of silly mistakes should have seen the score 4&3 but coming back from 2 down after 2 was a good day. The card was ruined by my first list ball of the year but the sun burn made up for that
