I deloft my clubs at impact so much so that at a renct AG free fitting they recommended a 27 deg hybrid in stead of a 24 deg. I am looking for a spare set of irons and wondered whether I should try a set which have been adapted or Ping ones to suit my deloft, but no idea what I should be looking at in ping dots or other clubs so any help appreciated

The ping dot system refers only to lie angle so the lofts don't change. I wouldn't worry too much about the particular lofts of any set. It's more important to get your distances equally spaced so as long as you start your iron set with a club that gives you a slightly shorter distance than your hybrid then you should be fine.
