Iron advice

Hi im new to forum and recently returned to playing golf

I am going for a new set of irons to help improve my game playing of 19 at momet

Thinking along lines of mizuno mx-19 or wison di 17 as both seem to get good write ups in mags etc

has anyone used these or can recomend simmilar set I could try

I have been looking at exactly the same sets and in the same position as you, have you made a decision yet?

Have also looked at the Nike Ignite irons, going to spend this weekend around local golf shops trying them out.

When I was at a similar handicap I waited for the latest Callaway Big Bertha model to come out and didn't like them.
Whilst I was testing on the range (along with Ping G2) the Pro suggested the Mizuno MX-23.
They felt great and I bought them. Great decision. Forged irons really feel good.
They have been superseded with the MX-25 now, though they are still available at excellent prices.

I have a set of DI7s, bought them as my first set of 'proper' clubs and they are superb, long and very forgiving
