iPad edition of the mag!!!

Why every time I try to download the latest iPad edition of the mag is it trying to charge me? I'm signed in and I subscribe to both the digital and the paper mag but still I have to go through a long process of signing in and out and changing passwords and so just to download something I have paid for!!!

I'm trying to download this months and it's having non of it!!! Signed in and out and so on but it's still trying to charge!!!

Anyone else have this problem?

I have this issue too which means I sometimes don't get the issue I'm subsribed for as it's to difficult to sort.

Give the subscription department a call on 0844 8480 848 I'm sure they will be able to sort you out.

had the same issue my self a few months back and even though I paid 2 months earlier my subscription copy did not actually start until this month! Was a bit miffed but at least it is sorted now
