Well worth 200 mate. Wife just been in hospital and is was a godsend for her, pay as you sim card was free then top up as required, she had Sky, internet, everything to keep her from going mental as she recovered.

I bought an iPad 2 for my missus years ago and she still loves it. Beware though as all conversation may cease when starts going on Facebook, playing games, shopping, etc.

Great price. I never felt the need for a sim version as I can use my phone as a hot spot but you won't be disappointed.
