My club has been having a lot of trouble accessing the Intelligent Golf email server (mail.intelligentgolf.co.uk), and I wanted to ask here if anyone else has seen anything similar.
After a lot of investigation and support calls to IG and BT, I think it's a routing problem between BT and Amazon (where the IG servers are hosted).
I don't have a problem connecting from my home Virgin cable broadband or over mobile data.
The question is this:
Does anyone else here use IG as their email host and BT as their ISP?
If so, do you have intermittent IMAP connectivity issues?
