Inga the Winga

Worked the Clash of the Codes at Twickenham when Wigan played Bath & to my annoyance got posted to escort the Bath coach. My mate who was posted to the Wigan coach (and who wouldn't swap, the git) had to pick them up at Runnymede. He and the other Pc were killing a few minutes by the Thames before the off when one of the Wigan players strolled up behind them and slapped an arm across each of their shoulders saying "Alright lads". My mate reckoned he nearly had the pair of them in the river; he was one of the most solid units he'd ever come across. It was, of course, Va'aiga Tuigamala. Inga spent a couple of minutes chatting with them before going back to the rest of the lads.

A gentleman and a gentle man, until he crossed the whitewash when he became an utterly fearsome competitor.

RIP Inga, thanks for the memories.

Truly taken before his time.
Battering ram of the first order! A pleasure to watch him play either code.

Inga and Jonah freaks of nature. Immense speed coupled with powerhouse physique, incredible really.
But for all their size and power two gentle men and gentlemen.
May they Rest in Peace
