I played indoor golf at CyberGolf Indoor Golf Centre in Nottingham last weekend and it was awesome! It was totally packed cas I think they also had a stag party in. What an atmosphere though.

Played Pebble Beach ....not very well ..but who cares when you're having fun. I had trouble finding thier website becasue there is a dash in it...doooh www.cyber-golf.com.

Anyone else been there or expirenced other centres North of Watford?

:)

The forum are a friendly lot, but we don't take well to people who seem to join just to promote something they are commercially involved in (especially where its their first post and their user profile is brand new and completely empty). I hope you have other customer bases, as wouldn't expect a positive response to your post.

Well maybe you would like to introduce yourself to everyone and activly engage in proper golf chat before you come on here and start plugging away.

The members of this forum dont take very kindly to people wasting space with free advertising and will close ranks fast.

If you are genuinly interested in becoming a constructive member of this forum then you have my appologies, but dont try take us all for mugs!

I look forward to the outcome!

No regulars clique at all blindpete. Just look at the other "new members" we've had who have contributed nothing save trying to sell or publicise something.

1st post and he's straight in with a plug.

Kiran, if you are a genuine golfer then I apologise wholeheartedly. Just seems a bit strange that a 1st post mentions no introductions, just a plug.

It's a good facility, I've used it. I am also getting bored with the "Regulars Clique" that is developing on this forum.

Not trying to stir here, because there is no clique, EVERYONE is welcome of course, but yes the members of this forum do stand together to rid the place of leeches.

They also stand together to welcome in honest members too.

Hey maybe there is a clique, but it invloves everyone.

Can't believe the comments here...I only said what I thought was a good place. Don't see why I have to justify anything but to clear the air....and hopefully move on...

Where are you from?
I'm from Derby..

Where do you play?
Occassional golfer..play at Morley Hayes,Breadsall Priory around derby, also played at a few courses in Notts and also indoor golf at CyberGolf as previously stated!

Whats your handicap?

What do you do for a living?

Anyone tried the 18th at Trent Lock near Derby...its over water and you either have the bottle or don't. I always keep a spare ball for that hole :)

Welcome Kiran...and well done for proving us all wrong about the motives for signing up. I'm planning to play the Notts club this summer, supposed to be v.v.good. And I'm hoping to organise a forum trip to Sutton Coldfield or Beau Desert.

Welcome Kiran,
Apologies from me, you,ll see in the future that we do get some with only business interests trying to advertise for free on here . There is no clique , but a large group of very friendly members who treasure this forum and value its standard of quality and try to maintain it .Freeloaders are treated quite harshly, often never to be heard again , But stick around you will not find a better place to be other than the golf course,

Kiran, welcome, and you have my deepest appologies. I am glad you decided to stick around.

By the way, You must be very talented to play off 14 as occasional golfer!

Enjoy the forum!

Kiran--welcome--you will find genuine people here who are interested in golfing matters and some members dispense sound wisdom to other forum members.

As previously stated plugging comercial activities in an early post raises suspicions about the motives of the poster.

Hope you continue to contribute to the forum-
