Officials should impose an instant removal from the course for anyone who does that on shots that aren't likely to go in. Drives me insane. (But then I guess that's why they do it!)

Someone shouted get in the pond when Michelson tee'd off in the US open, and people on here were frowning. Why is it ok to shout at Woods? Etiquet is etiquet, regardless of which player is on the tee.
