Like most people I find dealing with most customer services a real pain. Many are just plain rude or unhelpful and I often put the phone down after calling then with steam coming out of my ears
I recently had a water leak on the main water service to my house and had someone renew the pipework for me. The water company then gave a credit for the excess water lost and an allowance for the replacement pipework, and the sewage company also gave back the value of the waste water. Some of the billing was difficult to follow and a quick chat with some really pleasant ladies - all sorted
Thanks to South East Water and to Southern Water - not making a difficult problem and more difficult!
