I'm in heaven. I have new (to me) shiney clubs in the bag. I cannot stop looking at them. If Cheryl Cole knocked on the door for a bit of the other she would have to wait. I'm busy looking at my new clubs. Soz Chezza

Good on you, going to take the plunge on the Cleveland driver before the weekend. Nothing beats the feeling of a new club in the bag

Had a few holes with a guy tonight and we were comparing our new clubs. If it was top trumps then he won. My MP-54's to his Miura 001 blades and wedges. Best looking clubs I have ever seen.

Good for you, enjoy them!

I had a new set of irons a couple of months back, the faces still look like new, the hosels however, are badly marked. :o

....or an old one/set

just shoved my old mizzies in the bag and an old second hand mallet putter and got transported back to my yoof..........hitting great irons and holing ridiculous putts......and the mizzies still look good after 15 years:thup:

Nice new shineys!!

I had a set to with HID yesterday about money and she was all "you buy new golf clubs every week"... She was stumped when I told her I had not bought a club for 6 months. In fact here words were "New driver!" and my reply was "November".

Cough cough, I did buy a new shaft for said driver and the shafts and driver are sat in a dark corner of the house... :o

I would love a set of MP 54 though! Next year....

You should've gone back with the you buy new shoes/handbag/makeup/clothes every week.

Here are the TM CB replacements. Adams cb3 forged with the KBS Tour 90 shafts which are a lot lighter than the DG's so they are easier to launch

Thanks. TBH they are a good players club, nice small compact heads, not too much fuss and as said fully forged and as soft as any Mizzies but with a bit of help the same as the TM's. Rather than go to the bother of trying new shafts in the Tm's it was cheaper to get the Adams with the shafts I needed. It would have cost more to fit the KBS into the TM's so I got something as close as possible to what I had. The good thing is not everyone has them so it is a bit different too.

I have had them around 18 months. I was struggling recently to launch then as well as I would like. As said earlier when I was on they were lovely but they were becoming a bit of a liability when not quite there. I saw my mates with a lot higher handicaps knocking their G20's and other GI irons further than me and a damn sight higher too.
The Tm's are great clubs but with the dg shafts they are for a stronger player than me now.
I'll sell them soon. I didn't px as for what I paid it wasn't worth the hassel.
