I'm now a member!!

Nice course .... that's where I started my journey in golf over a year ago under the capable guidance of young George.

If there is a problem with the course it is that during the winter it gets very wet and in some places it's like a bog and this year they were still using tee mats until April.

Still for £30 per year you can't complain.

I'm amazed they let you join

Its hardly a "membership' - more like a Registration Fee ?

Looks like Smiffy has to stump up either £11 or £14 every time he want to walk on the hallowed fairways for 9 or 18holes - that right Smiffy ?

Still - not bad, even if he plays 27holes/week, for 70% of the year, its still only £910
Makes my £870 (incl £70 Bar Levy) look good value !

Do you ever find the skagheads from St. Leonards get a bit lost and get spotted jacking up in the bunkers around there confusing it with beach at low tide?

To be honest, I've only joined to keep my membership active. 3 rounds a year at £11.00 has got to be cheaper than £650.00 to rejoin Highwoods
