I thought it strange that, for a long long time now, all the IJP Design marketing emails I've been getting are about their "warehouse clearance". Looks like they've not put out any "new" clothes for this season... surely this time of year (or at least the next month or so) people would be getting ready for the spring / summer months? I can't remember them doing any Autumn / Winter stuff last year either.

It would be a shame to see them stop making clothes, I like their stuff, even though it is a little pricey.

I must be unlucky then, as the belt i have is extremely cheap and nasty leather, and the shorts are badly made, out of material you could shoot peas through, and never iron very well. Boy, do they need ironing after washing. Creas tastic.

Bought a couple of polo shirts and they fit like wind socks in comparison to other brands so I've avoided them ever since.

I would guess it's due to the fact Poulter isn't doing much these days?

Interesting that Snell & murph have had bad experiences. I've always thought their gear was good. I actually thought that since Poulter had some time off he might have spent more time in the business growing it etc.

I was looking recently and noticed that a lot of the stock was sale stock, apparently Poulter doesn't take anything from the business - although if you don't make any profit you can't take anything from it :D

Have loads of IJP clothing and never had any issues with any of it .

The warehouse has been going for a while and they have always let stuff go very cheap - sometimes they have big sales just round the corner from me. They are no longer in many shops - going to website only and releasing new clothes on a less regular basis.

Have loads of IJP polos and trousers and a few pairs of the tartan shorts. Never had an issue with anything and I think the quality is excellent.

The Tech Trousers are hard to beat in my opinion

I don't like the designs (too garish for my palette) but strange that nothing new seems to be coming out. It would seem unusual given most other manufacturers have already launched that IJP hasn't and that can't be a good thing can it?

What? With some of your My Joys Martin? I think you're pulling our legs….. :D

you cant wear trainers in the clubhouse but you can wear that awful poulter design crap...

Perhaps their customers have finally sussed that the materials used are rubbish quality and the workmanship is worse.

Strongly disagree

I have 4 pairs of the trousers

Two of them Poulters Tartan and two his tech range

They are the best quality trousers I have ever owned.. they last well and don't show any signs of wear even after constant use

also the fit is brilliant. The best fitting trousers I have even owned. unlike when you go AG and get your size and they are either baggy or too tight and you have to wear different sizes in different brands.. these trousers just fit perfectly from the go

tech trousers are adjustable aswell so after xmas perfect for that xmas bit of podge

Got to agree with those talking about the fit, I buy a fair bit of IJP stuff and the reason I do is solely because of the fit, I find it spot on. I think I'm probably very close to average height and leg length but so many trousers either flap at the bottom (Adidas) or are ankle swingers (Puma was the most recent culprit) Got several pairs of the IJP tech trousers, a few pairs of shorts, even 1 pair of the tartans!

Quality I've found is standard, some items seem to last forever, some have disappointingly come unstitched or have frayed. No difference though from other brands, I've got more IJP stuff than any other single brand so probably about the same.

Hope they are OK, as a brand the full price is way way too high but there's rarely any need to pay that full price.
