The Italian Chapel in picture 11 has recently been in the news. Some scum bag has stolen 3 carved wooden plaques off the wall. The plaques were donated back in 1964 by the Italian POW who was the main creator of the chapel. There were 14 in total.
That is really sad. How on earth could someone do that.
We visited the Chapel earlier this year.
Some lovely pics - been to the beach on Harries - water is lovely and warm

I find it incredible that anyone would leave based on their vote not winning, from either side.
And to take that one step further, I hope anyone thinking that way does leave, whatever the result.Whoever wins next month we'll all have to contribute to make Scotland the place we all want it to be.
Sorry - 700,000 was the figure. An opinion poll - extrapolated to beyond any sensible constraint...

Reading the link, this is the number of people who would think about leaving, which is a big difference from those who would actually go.
Well of course no-one actually knows how many would leave - it's just a bit of nonsensical extrapolation of a poll to a ludicrous conclusion. But as with almost everything to do with the referendum it is conjecture. Nobody actually knows very much at all about a future Scotland after a YES - other than that Scotland would be independent - and that it would remain a beautiful and fascinating country. But this is for the Scotland Debate thread.
