who would be your current pick for the masters?

For me, it is Tiger Woods, as much as I dont want him to be victorious I think that he is perfectly placed to make a charge and I don't know how the others ahead will face up to the pressure of Woods snapping at their heels.

I think Immelman has played some very steady golf, however, if Tiger gets on a charge he may get caught by being undecided whether to attack the pins or just defend his lead.

Immelman, he is just so focased. He is a perfct example of a pre shot routine, and how it can help you calm things down.

I would love to see a european win.

I agree with Gasp, I reckon Immelman will do it, remember Augusta is not a course where players go low anymore, the last day pin positions are really tough too. The best Woods has done in the last 4 years is a four under 68 so even if he repeats that he'll still be 2 behind Immelman if Immelman goes round in level 72 which I think he will, or better. Wish I'd a few quid on him, must have been good odds at the outset.
My 2 punts, Aaron Baddeley and Adam Scott were both nowhere.
I'll be rooting for Casey but those 2 shots he gave away easily yesterday may prove costly though.

Woods leading into Sunday in Majors: 13 times, 13 wins.
Woods trailing into Sunday in Majors: 27 times, 0 wins.

Will the world number one pitch 'n' putter finally break the duck?

Certainly hope not! Immelman looks good, but would love to see Casey get a run on.

Checking the leader-board, I'd reckon it's only the top 5 in with a chance. Cink and Poulter are just outside, neither has the game or mental strength i.m.o. (did I not suggest Cink as an e/w?)

Basically, if the top guys shoot par, Tiger will probably play out of his skin and pip 'em through the last 9. BUT, his game is a bit shakey and he's not putting the ball in the right places (close and below the hole) in the way we have come to expect.

I'd like to see Casey do it, failing that Snedeker because Immelmann is driving me crazy......I can't believe people are applauding his excessively slow pre-shot routine, if any of us did this around our home track, we'd a) have no mates at all and b) be up in front of the committee.

Agree entirely with you Dave, re Immelman's pre shot routine.
He's a class player but Jeeezussss! Does he take his time or what?
I'd love to see Casey do it but I think his double bogey has dented his confidence a bit. Just hope he bounces back.

Dunno, I fancy Flesch, he's having a good final day. Don't ever write off Woods though, not a good start to his round but I reckon he's just getting going now!

Never did think Tiger would do it.
Immelmann is one of my fantasy picks
Flesch (who he?) could sneak up on the rails if the top two falter, or could even force a play-off
