Seen that too rick, hilarious.

I read in a villa owners manual in Florida that when golfing its worth remembering if you put your ball in the water and can see and reach your ball then you are in the gator's range so best to leave alone.

I saw that too, awesome to watch nature like that. I bet theyve seen some interesting things on some of the courses over there

A US friend of mine sent me some pictures (too graphic to put on here) of someone who went to retrieve a ball from a lake - there was one pictures showing the gator with his ripped off arm in its mouth! The gator was capturued and killed.

Gator killed for protecting its territory and doing what nature designed it to do!

The gator was killed to retrieve the guys arm apparently.
Why retrieve it? What could they do with it? I am no medical expert but I am sure there is no way they could have sewn it back on as it was contaminated with firstly dirty water and then with the poor old gators stomach juices!

I was a member at Saddlebrook resort in Florida, the gators were removed when they got to 8 feet, so you only had the little uns
Snakes were more of a problem in the rough and the shrubs, never did manage to work out which ones were safe as I was too busy running away.

I spotted around 40 balls in a small dark area under some trees at Providence Golf club in Florida and thought it strange them just lying there untill I drove over in the buggy and noticed the ground moving with snakes so thought it best to leave them.

Imagine getting attacked by the snakes only to discover they were all Donnays:angry:
