big fry ups, big lunches and dinners all washed down with lots of beer on holiday.

+1 here also, 2 finals nights (10 pts guinness and a couple kopparurg were a bit of a killer I reckon!) the other night was a non alcohol affair!
This week, im expecting good things though.
 
Just got back from the gym, and am happy to report that I have now lost a total of 1 and 1/2 stone. 15st at Xmas now 13 1/2.

Have majorly been going for it, gym every lunch time, with a mixture of circuits and boxing training.

1/2 stone to go and my work is done.
 
Well done keep it going, ive just watched what ive been eating and done a few situps, feel no smaller but trousers are now a little more loose though. I think the exercise has to be stepped up a gear now to keep up!!

Nah but seriously, the weight should start shiftin a bit then!
 
Down a pound this week. Better diet and 27 holes of golf at the weekend. Couple of meals out and no game arranged this weekend so could be a bad report next Wednesday.
