I can't count the hours for 1,000 but I do know that for me it's instead of watching the telly box.

My family were annoyed with me disappearing off to the desktop in the evenings, so I bought a laptop which sits in the lounge for all to use.

They watch the tv....and I come on here....certainly 100 hours per year.....

Same here Dave, sit with laptop glancing over the top at tv, family loves it cos I don't hog the remote too much now.
