...but its time that i hung my carry bag up..... For 3 years iv carried to try and get some bit of muscle back into the legs after my 2 injuries but its becoming increasingly harder and harder on my knees.....
Their just not up to it any more......
13-14 holes in and the pain starts to kick in..... I love the convenience of being able to walk pretty much where you want with the bag and i feel like a proper golfer carrying but my knees are telling me otherwise......
..Even as i sit here now while i write this there is pain....

I hate giving into anything but they just aren't the same after being on crutches for 4 months twice in 2.5 yrs...
Its time to get onto Flea Bay and order 2 new clutches for my Hill Billy...

I have my first electric trolley one year this week. Motocaddy S1, has been a pleasure to use. Have had zero problems and its been used on average at least twice a week. Has certainly made it easier to lug all sorts of gear around in a big trolley bag

For this winter though i'm planning on a stand bag with 7/8 clubs. Just find with areas roped off etc it will be easier and i don't need half the clubs in winter

I stopped carrying a few years ago, my left knee can't put up with it. Had an electric trolley for a while but it was frustrating. Love my 3 wheeled push trolley now.

I understand what you mean. At times it's been a pain with the battery, trying to remember not to leave home without it etc. can see how a push trolley would be good as it can just sit in the car

Hehe you have hit all the key points for me and ye it all lives in the boot.

Same boat here. Tried to carry but can only really manage a half set for full 18. Have just given up football which in
played every Thursday for the last 6 years as well.
Can trace the whole problem back to a car crash when I was 21. Annoys the hell out of me but as I get older I am getting better at recognising my limits.

Goodluck finding the clutches.

Que the 2 Achilles Ruptures.....
