Different game today, after posting recently about the occasional shank creeping into my game, and also commenting how hard it was to shoot a Nett 63 when you're off a lower H/C.......

........Shot a Gross 75 today, Nett 64, (-5) and hit the ball so sweetly it wasnt true.

My round included 2 Doubles, so apart from them, t'was pretty damn satisfying.
I take it all back

Shame it wasnt a damn Medal tho !!

Good shooting. I was due to play but struggling with stomach issues (pancreatic throwback) so pulled out (they still had a 3 so could play the competition). Mind you I fancied it in the drizzle as the course would have been long and the greens holding. As my long game is in good knick that would have taken some out of the equation and given me a chance.
