I brought a Mizuno jpx 850 driver for £75 a few weeks ago then last week brought the 3 wood from the same guy for £45 and to top it off I brought the 4 recovery today for £40, he has moved to Srixon so sold to me for a great price also had the irons from him 2 months ago for £270 and all less than a year old.
also did the first stapleford comp of the year at my club on Saturday and took first place in Div 3 by 1 point :clap:
 
My workmate sold me (going back 3 and a bit years) a TM R9 driver, odysseys 2 ball, 60 degree wedge, powakaddy cart bag and a 3 wheeled push trolley for £40! The R9 is still in the bag and odyssey is my 2nd putter when Mr Cameron is misbehaving.

What course do you play? Could go for a knock one day, as I live in Bristol too.
 
Someone standing next to me at the range saw I had a Callaway x2 hot 3 hybrid and sold me a barely used 5 hybrid in the same spec for £25 - bargain of the year so far for me
 
Is this the new bargain thread, given that the other one was closed yesterday?

According to email this morning, AG are doing Bridgestone e6/ e7/ e5 balls at £10 off per dozen for members if anyone is interested.

Is that instore? Looking on their website its £10 off so they are all £15

I have some of last season's Sunderland shirts and they are really nice. Very large for size tho. I bought a large ping, medium Calvin klein and small Sunderland and the Sunderland top is probably looser than the Ck

Yes I got a mid layer last year and the sizes are big, think I got a small and normally take a large. Check sizes before you order.
 
At the 2015 Scottish Golf show I tried a few of the second hand drivers at American Golf. The bloke on the range suggested I tried a Benross Hot Speed 2. He said it was about £125 but it went the best of any driver I hit that day. Anyway I went back to the second hand selection and there was a "second hand"/"ex demo" one for £40! Near to it was a 3 wood in the same immaculate condition for £30. Took them both to test out, loved them and bought them. And they even threw in the head covers as well! :whoo:. I then managed to pick up a matching 5 wood for £30 off ebay. Sorted!

Although mixed reactions on here, I got Callaway Hex Chromes at £25 for 2 boxes at Golf Depot. They've now dropped them to £10 a box. A real bargain.

Mind you the deal that was posted on here a month ago when County Golf were selling their clearance items at 50% off. Clothing at a quarter of list. £400 of clothing for £100. Great prices.

My missus sames I'm a tight ar$e. I like to think I'm just careful ;)
