Totally agree with everything that Ogily says in that article - very well said . Might have to read more from him
As for the second article - it's about time the society got themselves into the modern society by allowing females to join. I'm very much in favour of equality with golf clubs in regards male and female. There should be no reason in this modern world that females shouldn't be allowed to join - it's a shame there are still some dinosaurs walking the earth at the moment.

I agree with most of it but not the general tone from Ogilvy that Chamblee was only doing what he was employed to do .... thought-provoking insights... when I think there was a good degree of thoughtlessness in Chamblee's piece
On a subject such as cheating in golf (and given the little amount of mudslinging required to tarnish a golfing career, Dyson must be on tender-hooks today) there can only be a zero tolerance towards accusations of cheating from the media towards a player where nothing has been proven
It goes without saying that once cheating is proven beyond a reasonable doubt then they can (& should) sling away as much as they like
