When I went out at 8.30 today it was showing 13 degrees and it was raining.
I saw a Guy walking up to the Paper shop wearing T Shirt, Shorts and FlipFlops....

If it was October and exactly the same weather conditions, nobody in their right mind would do it - so why do it just because it's still August..?

To be fair I would be in t-shirt and shorts for 3/4 of the year as I don't feel the cold. My wife on the other hand is wrapped up if I drops below 18
