Purely a venting rant. 1 over par after 9 in the medal, step on to the easier back nine and it's bogey, bogey, treble, NR.

Such an infuriating game. Why do we put ourselves through it.

Obviously you carried on though despite the NR and made/attempted to make buffer?

I did. Unfortunately one off buffer in the end. If I could shut down my brain when playing I'd be good at this game.

I share the pain. One over gross after five on Saturday, double, bogey, double and then lost the ability to hit two consecutive good shots on the back nine. Always this weekend

Yep, been there, suffered similar. On days like that you wonder if you'd recommend this crazy game to anyone!
