The team is all of yours and no inherited players, you are losing at half time to your nearest rivals in the league for a treasure chest of money. The question is,would you change things for the second half or send out the same disinterested, lack lustre players, albeit with a kick up the backside hoping things would change?

Today was a day that has left me feeling it is time to part company... When changes were made there was an improvement but way too late to make a difference...

Welcome back Aaron you have been much missed...

Give them a kick up the backside and tell them they have ten mins to turn it around or they are off.

Turn it around. Get new players on. Give the players a rollicking at half time and make the changes ten minutes into the 2nd half. Other than that look at a new formation to give the opposition something fresh to think about

The answer is buy a proper centre forward / striker and you wont be in this position!
