Bit of a typical Brit post as we all just love to talk about it. :)

Looks like our Scottish friends are getting a bit of a battering with more snow.

It was sunny when I left work, it soon changed as I pulled into my drive. Black clouds followed around 10 minutes later with one hell of a downpour. Golf thoughts instantly evaporated.

Still throwing it down now!

I went out at half 3, bit of sun, cloudy. Played first 3 holes then cut across to 12th, played another 3 holes and it got very dark.
Set off up a access track and back to the car. One shoe off then the heavens opened, thunder, lightning. got in the car with one shoe on and the other in my hand.

The ones still out on the course will have had such a drenching.

Pishing down without a break since tea time yesterday....the road home from graft today was a challenge to say the least with the road flooded at several points of the 12 mile journey...the worst point being a nasty 2 foot deep & 20 yard wide spot due to water running off the field of my Bro in Laws land.....bloody Fermers!! ;)

Been pissing down since yesterday afternoon, also been some sleet in between. Tonights forecast is for heavy snow and blizzard conditions with high winds. Cant see me getting a game this week    :D :D :D

Been on big greens now for 2 weeks, for the first time since mid December.

Now I believe were under snow agian. Good old Scotland, the weather never lets us down up here!

wet, very wet. Was hoping for a swift 9 holes after work tomorrow but looks like the rain may put a stop to that. Got a medal on saturday, my course drains better than most but am expecting it to be playing loooooong

Snowed hard since late afternoon. The car has about 3" covering it at the moment. It's that thich sticky wet snow as well.

So much for the April Medal on Saturday then

Sleet/Snow and Blowing a Gale for the past 24hrs and some. A number of the sea wall defences throughout Fife have given way and there are floods everywhere !!!! No Golf for the forseeable.

Mostly dry this morning, but strong breeze and the odd shower. Weathercast says grey cloud, chance of light rain. I'm playing Foxhills Longcross course this afternoon, been looking forward to it for weeks. I can take the wind and the odd shower, just hope that it doesn't start persisiting down......
