My handicap has not been updated for 3 rounds and 2 1/2 weeks.

I was 6.8 played on a Thursday and earnt a .4 cut and no change.

Played 2 rounds of the club champs off my new handicap of 6.4 after I changed it on the clubs computer myself.
In the 2nd round I earnt myself another cut to 6.0 or 5.8 which still has not come through.

Confused.

Either your away club haven't sent the scores to CDH or the more likely scenario is your home club haven't downloaded the away score or sent it to HDID

Tried to register with them last week only to discover when contacting their support that my club doesn't use the right software.

I was, however, very impressed at the speed of response to my support request submitted on a Friday evening (under 30 minutes)

Ahh that makes sense now they were 9 and 16. So i presume the SI9 hole is the culprate. Thanks

HDID doesn't give you anything, it only reports what your club sends in.
