How to pack a club to post

Hi,

Thinking of selling a couple of putters on the sales part of the site but was wondering the best way to pack them to ensure safe delivery. Then I can figure out the cost to post them based on weight, I only then need to figure out which carrier to use

A sturdy box is best - available from local AG/DG stores if you ask nicely!
Failing that, wrap in miles of bubble wrap and brown paper.

Pop to your local pro shop or american golf and see if they have any spare boxes

Parcelforce Standard will cost £4.41. You can send with UPS via a third party reseller such as Interparcel, for about £8. The latter is quicker (usually next working day), tracked and they will collect from your home or work.

Local Spar still gives them away ......but they charge extra for Jump-Jets

Get a box from your pro/AG etc and then wrap the head in bubble wrap. I usually pack out the box with newspaper to stop it rattling around too much

Doesn't matter now anyway he's had his putters removed from the for sale section so problem solved.

ha ha ha I like to be thorough and ensure the people I sell to receive the goods as good as they are as they leave the factory ooops sorry house
