Getting to the heart of the important issues in golf. I'm on the edge of my seat for the shoe size one now.... ;)

6'3" - the only golf related advantage I can think of from this height is that I can often see the where the ball is from tees when my more compact partners cannot - more of a burden really !!

Disadvantages are having to get clubs fitted not off the shelf and then when I swing the club its got more time to wander and cause me to hit right / left / top / thin (made that last one up but it gives me a new excuse for my bad form so ...result)

Exactly, I want to see just how many Napoleon complexes we have running around these parts :p

edit: probably should have split the 5'7 to 5'11 down a bit more

pointing out the obvious; it's not like the people who play golf aren't going to reflect national averages either......

here's a US version - http://investing.calsci.com/statistics.html

any difference will reflect forum statistics rather than heigh differences!

For a Hobbit, I'm fairly tall at 4'1" with my white sling backs on... but my hair makes me look a lot taller.
