How rare is my scotty

Rare Scotties hold their value (and are normally tour issued models, not off the rack), and are often £1k plus (and the rest). Since the market for these is very knowledgable, it is unlikely you picked a rare model up on the cheap, so I would guess it isn't that rare. Play it. That's what they are for.

I have not got a clue what its worth, however, I know some people who will. Go onto the scotty Cameron forum and ask them, just make sure you come back. They absolutely love putters!!!

I used to collect Scottys in a big way.

The Gun Blue/Black Oxide Scottys are not worth an awful lot unless in pristine original condition. Even then they are only worth about what you paid for it new.

I would play it rather than hoard it. Make sure you look after it, by never putting it wet into the headcover. Dry it off, and apply some gun oil from time to time.

Cheers guys I only paid £100 for it and the guy I brought it from my boss paid £200 as he wanted the same putter they were using on tour. I was thinking about getting it refurbed as it has wear marks on the bottom leading edge but he said it would go down in value if I done that. it's in very good condition for a 13 year old putter. So I will use it and see how it goes.

Good Lord, what are these Scotty's made of - paper mache??? Gun Oil, NEVER let them get wet, massage their egos, buy them gifts on their birthday, satisfy them sexually.........

They're golf clubs!!!

Use them until they break and then throw them away!!!
