How often should i get my clubs re-gripped?

When their worn or lose grip I would assume.

Not meant sarcastically but it would depend on how often you play and in what conditions that would effect the life of your grips

As your PGA Pro - he can advise you on when and more importantly what grip you should replace them with.
Also get your hands and grip measured and see if you need more tape under your grips to fatten them up a bit.

If you do regrip I highly recommend the Lamkin N-Dur amazing in the wet and a regular clean with a damp flannel keeps them lovely and tacky. They are also supposed to last longer than standard grips, can't vouch for that yet though.

My AP2s are like new but are 2 years old now. I have no intention of regripping them but then I had a sandwedge last year that needed a grip inside a year. It depends on use and abuse.

Normally once a year does it for me and I will probably be getting mine done in the next few weeks.

I think of you play once a week then they should last you longer than a season. Like others have said, depends on how much you play and how much abuse you give them with your grip.

I think it depends on how hard you are on your grips.
I've had my Mizzies a year now, with New Decade grips and they're like new. I've played about 100 times since I got them + range time too. They'll be fine for at least another year.

I play both days at weekends and practice a lot (have I mentioned that at all) and my grips tend to last about a year at a push. I have a couple of the mid-irons that are starting to wear but I'm hoping to get another 6 weeks out of them

I've got the golf pride patriot grips on at the moment and to be honest haven't been overly impressed.

Had my previous set for 4 years in active service and they are still very useable.

My current ones are like new at 18 months with a good amount of play.

I use corded lamkin grips. They feel just right for me and seem to last forever.

The use my wedges get through the year means they usually need a mid year re-grip but all the others should last a couple of years as I dont practice with anything above a wedge very often.

I re grip my clubs every 2-3 years and they normally can last probably another year after that if i wanted to. Just re gripped my driver with a Golf Pride Tour Wrap and its an amazing grip. I only changed the grip on my driver because i didnt like the grip i got it with :p

id say change grips as soon as you think they might need changing,as soon as you question it -other wise it plays on your mind

i still have my original grips on my irons and theyre still in good nick.

My irons are from early - to mid 80's
(they didnt get used for a while when i stopped playing but still pretty good to last that long)

When they feel ready for regripping!

So long as you regrip your clubs more frequently than your ball retreiver then you'll be ok!
