The upward progression is:
+1
+2
+3
+3 (RO)
As with the other upward progressions, it moves from +3 to +3 (RO) when the proportion of buffers falls below circa 6%.
PS Where in CONGU does it mention SSS+4?
We don't have HDIDO so rang the club to see what the score was and most guys yesterday said it would be non counting as the wind was gusting at 40MPH.
lady at the club said it wasn't reduction only as it had to be +4 for that!!!
last few times at my place its been RO its been 3 over SSS.
so no idea why they think its +4

Does your club have different handicapping software or is it done manually?
The club that ran the comp had how did i do, but my home club has its own system.

HDIDO shows CSS as 77 for both Home players and visitors - so +3 and getting close to Reductions Only but not quite.
