How many shots do i take off on stable ford with a 30 handicap?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many shots I take off while playing in a stable ford comp?

I was working out a card for my father in law who has a society handicap of 41 , so on some holes he gets 3 shots, 2 on everything else

He played a society day yesterday at Sandy Lodge near Moor Park, scored 29 points, but one of these was a 5 pointer, got a birdie on a high stroke index par 4.
