How many members does your club have

The post about tee booking times had me wondering - how many members does your club have? We don't have a tee booking time and I never have to wait for long to get on the tee so I'm quite happy with the system, is that because the number of playing member is limited to 460 (or something like that)?

My club has about 140 paying members.
Its a local muni.

The great thing for me is its close to where I live,cheap and so easy to get on and play.
We normally on a Sunday have about 12 who turn up early most weeks and we all go
off at a nice pace,the next group of members tee off about 12.
No slow play and no worries so quite enjoyable.

These numbers are a hell of a lot higher than I expected! I was expecting you guys to say like 50 or 100 most.

Tbh I probably wouldn't know much about members clubs etc. I have never been one down to never really being able to afford it. My student loan certainly wouldn't cover a membership either! Need to spend less money on the beers.... :cheers:
