Out of pure curiosity, does anyone know roughly how many sets of irons or individual clubs (say driver) a top manufacturer expects to sell per model cycle?
e.g. if PING update their G series every 2 years, how many iron sets or drivers will they manufacture in that period?
I appreciate different manufacturers have significantly different targets, markets and lifecycles. But any relevant, factual information would be interesting to hear.
