With all the "advancements" in sport i.e covered wheels and cone helmets in cycling, body suits on swimmers/sprinters etc etc.
Should anything that will give an "legal advantage" be allowed in sport if it helps you win, or can it be considered cheating  and is Golf anywhere near this??

I tried wearing a bodysuit during a recent medal and it didn't do a lot for my score. The aerodynamic cone headgear did help me get a 4 for 2 on the 8th though

Try using them in conjunction with a chipper.

None of your examples can be cheating as everyone has the option to use these items.
Recently a few swimming world records have been broken by swimmers not using swimsuits, when people said they would last forever.
There are sportman who will do anything to win, generally they have cheated, and will get caught.
I dont see how anyone could cheat at golf and get away with it,especially with tv cameras everywhere.
Also golfers yet again have access to everything thats available,so it cant be cheating
