How do you mark a Texas scramble card?

Hi guys I've played in a few but never marked the card now this weekend it is turn.

How do highlight who's tee shot was taken?

Which colum do you put the score?

Most cards have boxes for player A and B at the top. We split this so we have ABCD. Record each player and handicap, do tha maths and work out the combined handicap and put that at the bottom. Then simply record the gross score in the first column and ABCD to indicate who's drive was used in the right hand column.
