how do i undo my spikes???

Run the soles under warm water and it will soften the mud in and around the threads - that usually does the trick for me, but I have had some battles with spikes down the years!!

I don't know if its just me but I find the modern day cleats and their plastic housing a lot harder to get out than the good old days of spikes into a metal thread in the sole. Plenty of vaseline when you first put them in to stop rust and they usr to come out with ease.

I couldn't get mine out, absolutely solid, thought there was nothing that could be done, tried day after day swearing in the kitchen, the mrs thought i'd gone nuts.
found a tip as Billysboots says, which was soaking the soles for an hour ( i left mine floating in kitchen sink, teach her right for laughing at me) came out a breeze after!

Buy a decent wrench. Drill the key holes a tad deeper with the old cordless drill, away you go.

I would avoid soaking the sole in hot water. A percentage of the shoe is bonded together, and this will undo the bond. Possibly. Why take the risk? Glue and hot water do not mix well.

WD 40 or your local pro

Our Pro is not quite as greasy as WD40.

The tool extraction holes tend to get knackered if the spikes are stuck. I drill them a little deeper with a 1/16" drill (1.6mm), spray a tad of WD40, leave for half an hour then use an extraction tool to get them out. Works every time.
