How do I get rid of this infuriating Transitions lenses advert!

I understand that if I roll over certain ads on this site they pop up, so I don't. But I have lost count of how many times that perishing Transitions lenses one has started today when I have been nowhere near it. :angry:

Anyone know how the hell I can turn it off please? Using Safari on a MacBook if it makes any difference. Thanks.
