I don't normally watch all those real life hospital documentaries, but I did see the 1st one of the latest BBC series hospital where they happened to be filming the day of the terrorist attack on Westminster Bridge. And it just reiterated to me just what a great thing the NHS is and how lucky we are to have it. Also without getting too brexity I was also struck by just how many different 'creeds and colours' worked there, indeed White British seemed to be the minority. Really worth watching to see just what a great job they do and to me how we should cherish the NHS. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b08w8ktc/episodes/player

When I was waiting to be seen in Moorfields A+E last year I noticed how relatively few 'White British' were in the waiting areas with me... Probably a fair representation of those living/working in the smoke these days...

Been watching this series and the previous one and it does actually show the armchair viewer some of the choices that have to be made that are usually never considered. The Westminster one reiterated what a great job the front line staff do although it's been the same for decades.
