Hi a group of us are thinking of playing Hollins Hall for the first time. Handicapps range from 15 - 23. Can anyone give us a recent review of the course. Many thanks.

Its very hilly. I would suggest buggies for all. Course is quite enjoyable though.

Beware the par 3 8th. The green is a nightmare. if you are past the hole you will make bogey or worse.

Have a good 'un.

It'll be in really good condition. I rate it pretty highly of the course I've played. It is a bit of a walk and it may be busy but I think you'll enjoy it. Check out the halfway hut, possibly the finest bacon butties in the land.

You can get some decent deals online too. The walk from the 10th (I think) back up to the halfway hut is a bit of a killer.

Make sure you get a lift up to the first tee too or you'll be wrecked for the round.

there was 20+ of us there for the final night of the RC at medinah, good night, if i remember the becks was very reasonably priced,at least until 3am ish :o

I thought i was going expire trying to get to 1st tee the following morning, that hill is a shocker.
