Hi All,
Can anyone give me a few pointers for organising a long weekend golf holiday for 16 to 20 lads.
Ideally to the Algarve and a resort that can do club hire.
I've never played outside of the UK before so am not sure where to start.
I'm especially struggling to find a company that will do the whole thing for us Flights, transfers, club hire, tee times, B&B etc..
Any help much appreciated

I know lots of golfers go to Portugal.

Vilamoura is great, flights around £200 from Manchester ..golf around £70 per round

Spain (Malaga area) is much cheaper at the moment, green fees around £50..flights around the same....Puerto Banus is great, but take plenty of euro's

avoid Majorca, tried to arrange a tour there this year, but worked out too exspensive..

Any particular reason why you are not taking clubs with you???

Thanks for the advice.
Not taking clubs as heard a few horror stories, and it is for more of a old mates get together with a bit of golf thrown in.

The only reason I asked about the clubs is that a lot (if not all) the clubs on the Algarve will ask for handicap certificates.
