Following on from a previous poster having a hole in one I wondered how many each forummer has had and over how many years?

Me? I have had 1 in 25 years of golf.

I reckon IM02 could be up there with the top holes in one to years ratio......he has always been a lucky b******,all those thins that catch a good bounce and drop.. ;)

None and been playing nearly 18 months. Gone round the cup once and finished within a foot several times.

Two for me ,last one 13th Scotscraig 165 yards 7 iron one bounce in the hole ,cost me £160 ,worth it to see all the folks in the pub who've never had one to congratulate me on it. :)

OK everybody......YIPPEEEEE!
No boasting of course but today's was my second, both on Aylesbury Park, the first was 6 years ago on the 15th.

Just the 2nd, 5th,8th and 10th to go for a full set.

So 2 in about 25 years playing.

Dodger..........as stated before on here,I am one lucky git!
Two in a week...one on sunday(5 iron 175yds)second on thursday(7 iron 140yds)
Cost a fortune celebrating on the sunday, thankfully the(then)wife came up to the club and put a stop to the spending!!
The thursday celebrations were confined to the back bar(but we still both got smashed, well it was in the singles!)
Would like to do it again, have hit the pin and flag a few times!!!! :D

None, done everything but go in, one lipped out, had one with part of the ball hanging over the edge, a gust of wind and it would have dropped, alas it was a still day.

I have holed out with a full blooded 3 iron, 6 iron and 9 iron, all for 2's at par 4's. Holed from 50 - 70 yards about 4 or 5 times.

Nada, zilch, zip, just less than ONE !!!!!!!!!!

I had a 'Vig' at an inter club 4ball match when I knocked a 6iron to 1/2 an inch and walking up to the green I said to my partner 'If thats in, I am over that fence and off home'.

I only had £7 in my pocket !!!!!!!!!!

1 in 30 years. 5 years ago. The 6th at Craigielaw. In a medal which I won with a net 71!

But two 2's at par 5's. The 18th at Nairn Dunbar and the 8th at Mortonhall. 20 years apart. Surely they're better?!!

Oh, and due to pin positions I didn't see any of them go in the hole..so no chance of jumping about on the tee like a dafty.

:D :D :p :p
