I just wanted to say thank you and well done to Hill Billy trolleys. I bought one of the lithium battery trolleys last November when I went to the London Club for the launch, £249 it was on the day.
The week before last I noticed that the battery casing had cracked and split almost all along the bottom, where the battery sits. I've no idea when this happened or how it happened, it looked like it had had some brutal force to create the crack but I though hard for days how I could of done it. I'd played Sunday and it was fine, put it in my boot and not touched it since. I got it out to use and bam cracked wide open. Absolutely no idea how!
I called Hill Billy ans told them, I was honest I said I don't know if I did or if it was a fault. The lady said she would go see if I could just have the parts and replace myself. She called me back 15 mins later and explained that I wasn't an easy job. Oh dear I thought this doesn't sound like it's going to be cheap.
Anyway, I didn't get her name but she simply went on to say they'd fix it under warranty. Did I have a box for it? No worries, we'll send you one, box turns up the next day, courier comes collect it the following day, then today, one week later trolley is returned serviced, battery checked and fully repaired and no a penny has left my pocket!
