I think it’s fair to say 2021 has had its ups and downs like 2020. For a lot of people it has been tough. Especially in the Tash household.
When Missis T found a lump in November it could of been the straw that broke the camels back. As it happens after scans the week before Christmas she now has Muscle due to going to the gym. The relief was just unreal.

So what’s your highlight of 2021.

Moving home and being much closer to family, Mrs F much happier for it and weve ended up in a cracking spot in a tiny village with walks and views to die for, not to mention a decent pub. A big advance from taking a rental for 6 mths that we hadnt seen in March!!!!

As many will know it was a battle but worth it in the end :)

PS cheers Greg :)

Being told eight weeks after surgery that my cancer was confined to my prostate with no indication it had spread. Nothing came close during my 2021 to topping that, not even retirement.

Brilliant outcome!

I just wish that all men were aware of the symptoms and risks of prostate cancer. Also, that there is oodles of help out there to help. In my case I've been under surveillance for 4 years and had biopsies, medicines and regular tests and back up help. Prostate cancer can be hereditary and affects huge numbers of men who never seek help, please Google the symptoms and follow up with your GP if you get any.

Surviving another year on the front line and getting through some health issues. HID had an up and down year, losing her job, having an op (and that wait for the histology) but we're together, happy and ready to face 2022 together
What do you do, are you a doctor or nurse or something? Must be tough hats off to you for doing such a difficult job.

Well, lots of life affirming moments on here that make mine pretty minor, which it is to everyone else of course. I've had a generally good year, lots of positives I could highlight but Tashy asked for one. My son getting his degree, good level as well, tops it for me. A very proud moment, he worked hard for it.

I think just generally seeing my daughter growing up. She was two in September, so this has been a big year development wise. She’s like a proper little person now, we can have a conversation, she tells me off when I’m in the wrong which apparently is quite often.

Will never grow tired of her running down the hallway for a cuddle when I get home from work.

My experience tells me that each year passes by there is a good chance the daughter believes I’m wrong more often than not ?
